A problem employee comes in many forms; poor attendance, insubordination, performance issues, leave abuse, hostility towards others, etc… It is critical for an organization to identify, manage, confront and ultimately rid itself of the problem employee. employee that is deservingly terminated may become a highly motivated and litigious ex-employee.

This half-day seminar, led by Labor & Employment Attorney Jeff Risch with SmithAmundsen LLC, will present a laundry list of MUST DO’s and DON’Ts in confronting the problem employee with an eye on “winning the inevitable lawsuit.”
