The New Laws Forum is dedicated to upcoming legislation and legal developments that will affect all employers in Illinois starting in 2027 and beyond. The forum will feature Illinois attorneys and experts discussing the latest changes in state laws. Additionally, a panel of Senior HR professionals will share their experiences and give some Best Practices and Trends in Recruiting and Hiring.
