Illinois looks to bring economic development back to the state
Illinois has been ranked first for outbound moves by the North American Moving Services'.
The Illinois Chamber of Commerce said all the moves are hurting the state's potential for economic development and growth.
Some major companies that used to be in Illinois are leaving for other states like General Mills and Butterball LLC.
